SUJAY IS A DESIGN STUDIO BASED IN SINGAPORE

SUJAY was founded by KJ Phua and Susan Chaisiriroj.

We are a design-led architecture and interior studio specializing in bespoke residential and hospitality environments. With a deep commitment to craft, context, and sophistication, we create refined spaces that resonate with meaning and material integrity.

From upscale private residences to immersive hotels, our work is defined by thoughtful proportions, natural textures, and a sensitivity to light and landscape. Each project is a highly tailored response—shaped through close collaboration and driven by an enduring pursuit of aesthetics, functionality, and emotional resonance.

KJ Phua graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons.) degree from The University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia in 2005. Over the course of the next 20 years he completed numerous award winning projects in Australia, China, Malaysia and Singapore.

Susan Chaisiriroj graduated with a Master of Architecture degree from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL London, United Kingdom in 2015. She spent the next decade honing her craft  in London, Bangkok and Singapore.
